IDLES

Despite the stage times pitting IDLES and Fontaines DC against each other, fans turned up for possibly one of the most exciting performances of the weekend. This was more than a show, it was a political statement.

We later found out Banksy designed the mannequin migrant raft surfing the crowd during Danny Nedelko!

Jungle

Success seems to follow Jungle around. Now on their fourth studio album, they can’t seem to put a foot wrong. After a viral few months on social media, Jungle brought their colourful stage presence to the main stage. We were in awe, as were thousands of others. What a show.

Fontaines DC

We’d be crucified if they weren’t included in the list, and for good reason too. Fontaines DC headlining The Park stage was a monumental moment for both the band and the festival itself. It feels like they’re on the precipice of something massive, boldly closing the set with both singles from their upcoming record.

Coldplay

Love them or hate them, Coldplay know how to put on a show. They’ve headlined Glasto five times. Their stage presence has come a long way since the first, now focused on spreading love, joy and positivity through colourful theatrics. It was a spectacle, made even more special with various guests!
