As the days grow ever closer to the sophomore offering from Somebody’s Child, he’s kicked off 2025 with a brand new tune. Explaining the track, Godfrey says: “…It was the first song that came out in the writing process for this album. We wrote it during an autumn-turned-winter trip to Western Wales, and it marked the beginning of a sound that would ultimately define the album.”

Now based in London, Somerset born indie rocker Sam Foster Smith has released his latest single ‘I Choose You’. The track poetically explores the intricacies of commitment, and is certainly an indie anthem.
