With Wolf Alice's return hotly tipped for 2025, the day has finally arrived. This month, fans have found their way to what appears to be a new single link (https://wolfalice.os.fan/bloom).
After entering an email address, many people were given access to a lyric sheet and even heard a snippet of the new track. Short but sweet, Bloom is piano-led.
Following this, the band has updated its social media and begun teasing a bold new style, centred around a floral look. Either way, this new (potential) album artwork is gorgeous.
Wolf Alice haven’t released a new album since 2021, the last being their critically acclaimed Blue Weekend, which completed their album deal with Dirty Hit. The band has since signed to Columbia Records, implying whatever is next is going to be grand in scale.
The London-hailing group have become one of the biggest to emerge from the indie scene in the 2010s, known for their melancholic and dreamy style merged with rock.
