Weekly Roundup #9

Welcome to Roundup, showcasing the freshest tunes at the moment.

Another week, another roundup. This week, we shine a light on some of the biggest artists right now.

I’m Bored, Give Me Love - Flat Party

Dropping their massive self-titled EP earlier this year, Flat Party is a promising addition to the indie scene. I’m Bored, Give Me Love is a belting tune, with a stomping riff and chorus that’ll drive you nuts. Run it up!

Happiness Isn’t A Fixed State - Kynsy

After discovering Kynsy at New Dad’s huge Koko show this month, we quickly dived into her full discography. It’s safe to say it’s full of gems just waiting to be discovered. With her biggest tune, Happiness…, there’s a fusion of groovy bass (Wet Leg) and fuzzy guitars (The Strokes).

Call U Back - Dum Language

By no means a new track, Call U Back comes from Leicester-indie band Dum Language. It’s a biggie with vibes stemming from Nirvana and channelling the early 00’s of indie rock. If you’re into small upcoming bands, thank us later.

Sing! Sing! - The Love Buzz

If you can’t get enough of Cage The Elephant returning, Sing! Sing! might just be what you’re after. Hailing from Cork, The Love Buzz are on the rise, after playing huge support slots with the likes of The Darkness.

Emergency Break Documentary

Emerging from London, Emergency Break is a fresh post-punk indie band. With two singles under their belt and a sellout show at Camden Assembly, they recently dropped a documentary of their rise. And it’s well worth a watch, showing the behind-the-scenes along with exclusive live footage.

Watch now.

Now, it’s your turn. Give it a spin, and tell us what you think on Insta or X.

See you next week!
